One sleeve of graham crackers
Trans-fat-free margarine, softened
Strawberry-flavored cream cheese
Several fruits (a great combination is bananas, kiwi, blueberries, mangoes, and strawberries)
Low-fat or sugar-free whipped cream (optional)

Wash and slice your fruits. Next, crumble the graham crackers into a shallow bowl. Add the margarine and stir until thick. Then, press the mixture into an 8" pie dish to form a crust.
